Dom. de le Colliere - IGP Vaucluse - Clairmentino
Grapes: 70% Vermentino, 25% Clairette and 5% Grenache Blanc.
Pale gold colour with silver reflections, clear and bright. The nose quickly opens up to notes of yellow fruits reminiscent of peach and ripe apricot. Then, with agitation, more subtle aromas of verbena, hawthorn and bergamot emerge. Finally, citrus notes arrive, giving an airy and delicate quality.
