Grape variety: Old Grenaches and Mourvèdre
Aging: In concrete tank for 8 months, then transferred to French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. (no new barrels)
Tasting: This wine is a tribute to the old Grenaches, the predominant grape variety in the region. With a small production, this wine is explosive. It reveals a multitude of aromas. Notes of pomegranate, blackcurrant, and cherry can be found. Its colour is an intense black, suggesting a long ageing potential, between 5 to 10 years.
