Grape variety: 85% Marsanne – 15% Roussanne.
Average age of the vines: 60 years.
Vinification in barrels: 30% new barrels and 70% barrels from a previous wine. Malolactic fermentation in barrels with bâtonnage and ageing for 10 months. It is a rich and complex wine, with good structure, pleasant, suitable for drinking in its youth and can also be kept for a few years.
