Aged 80% in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% in old oak barrels from Château Yquem. The Vacqueyras Blanc has a floral and fruity nose.
Flavours of pear, peach, a hint of fennel and a touch of minerality. Fantastic to pair with refined dishes featuring crab, fish, chicken or an oyster.
