Grape variety: Marsanne.
Average age of the vines: 50 to 60 years
Vinification in barrels: 60% in new barrels, 40% in used barrels. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Ageing for about 12 months with bâtonnage.
Wine of a yellow colour with golden reflections, very rich on the palate with a lot of finesse and length, taking on a hint of honey after a few years.
